Press Release Summary: The real reason for the high price of gasoline was Pilot and
Weigles lack of ability to manage fuel shipements to east tennessee.

Press Release Body: Sevierville, TN, September 22, 2008 -- High fuel prices nation
wide has caused huge ripples in the tourist indistry all over the united states.
However in Pigeon forge Tennessee no serious impact was felt, Smoky Mountain Cabin
Rentals may have been saved from the Rod Run which was going on at the time. over
500 people attended This months rally that took place on the Parkway in Pigeon
Forge. A good majority took shelter for the night in many of the various Pigeon
Forge Cabins (www.logcabin.net), while most booked rooms in the Hotels in Pigeon
Forge.

The price of a gallon of Unleaded gasoline climbed sharply to $5.00 per gallon,
higher in some stations. The reason for the hike in prices was blamed on a shortage
of fuel caused by Panic Buying. Most people in East Tennessee were angered to hear
that they were being blamed for the highest prices in the nation, Some even drive
hybrid cars, make sure their tires are in good condition and fully inflated. The
real reason for the high price of gasoline was Pilot and Weigles lack of ability to
manage fuel shipements to east tennessee.

The actual wholesale price per gallon is still unknown and the prices varied so much
beteen $4.75 in Pigeon Forge, TN and up to $5.15 in Hesikell, TN. There were many
questions as to how this would inpact the following few months, Sevier County
Electric even sent out notices that Power would be cut off if electric bills were
paid late. Local business clearly stated there was no excuse for late payments even
though most people that week spent their paychecks on gasoline to get back to work
for the next week.

In Pigeon Forge people did not mind the high prices too much, The Parkway was lined
up with classic cars end to end with people of all Ages, some being a little too
roughty, maybe having one too many beers. The local police department worked hard to
keep things under control while feeling the pinch of the gas prices theirselves as
Sevier County was unsure how many cars to keep on the road. Most of the total Police
Force was on foot keeping a watchful eye and upholding the laws of the Smoky
Mountains.

The latest report from the Hotels and Tourist Indistry shows very little change in
the revenue generated in September from previous Years, A good sign to local
businesses in the Smoky Mountains including Gatlinburg that depends on people world
wide month after month to stay in business. Between Weddings, Mini Golf and Custom
Airbrush T-Shirts ( www.smokymtncustoms.com )it is clear that Tourist still flock to
East Tennessee regardless of the price of gas, or what is going on in the Banking
Sector.
